Complimentary Termite Treatment
We offer a no money down for all non-platinum packages for termite installation using Sentricon Colony Elimination System. This is installed for our customers that fall within our pest control team service area and requires a monthly subscription from $25-45 per month with no annual renewals. (most homes fall within $25-$30) We are happy to say that we are the only company in NE FL that can provide this type of value to our customers.

Report Guarantee
Reports will be received within 24 hours. Most of the time you will receive your report the same day. Some reports on larger or more complex properties may take up to 24 hours to complete. 

Crawlspace Inspection – $75
Watch our inspectors suit up, crawl and inspect under your home. 

Sewer Scope Inspection – $195
We stick a camera down your sewer line to inspect for deficiencies. Sewer line repairs are the #1 largest repair a homeowner can face.

IAQ – $275
We used calculated machines to sample the air inside and outside of your home. These machines draw approximately 15 liters of air and draw that air onto a cassette slide that is then sent off to our laboratory for a mold analysis. Each additional sample after the first indoor/outdoor is $75

Mold Swab – $195
These tests can be performed by your inspector while on site. If the inspector sees any visible growth in the home, we can swab the area(s) to see if the growth is harmful or not. Each additional mold swab is $75

Detached Garage / Shed – $75
These inspections are for any detached shed or detached garage on property that you would like to have inspected. 

Multi Family Properties – $125
This fee is for multi family units such as duplex’s / triplex’s etc. and is added onto the base fee. The reason for this fee is the complexity of the report writing and time is takes to complete these inspections to get you the best inspection results possible. (example- Base fee of $350 but property is a triplex.. The total fee would be $600)

Detached Living Units – $250
This fee would be for any liveable or conditioned space that is not attached to the home. (A detached garage converted to a studio apartment as an example)
