About Us

INSPECTION SERVICES THAT FIT YOUR UNIQUE NEEDS

At Gray Home Inspections we are driven, first and foremost, by our collective mission to serve our clients interests, protecting their home or commercial buying or selling decisions with pertinent facts about the condition of the structure that will determine the value and condition of an investment. Buying a home or commercial property is an expensive proposition of both time and money. Protecting that expenditure with a certified home inspection is a prudent decision. Without which, buyers and sellers are just operating in the dark and might make uneducated choices that could have dire consequences. Buying real estate is a complex process in which the buyer and the seller, each want to win equally. That means the seller achieves a certain price and the buyer receives a perceived value, equal to that agreed upon price. Having a complete, well-documented and reliable inspection keeps everybody informed through the selling process. Our inspections take the guess work out of the equation, so you can rest assured you are getting the best information possible to make the right informed decision.

We also offer scalable residential and commercial inspection services that can include mold detection, wood destroying organisms (WDO), wind mitigation inspections that involve roofs, doors and windows and 4-point inspections for insurance cost purposes. With the increased costs of Florida’s homeowner insurance, it’s no wonder many home owners are taking advantage of discounts offered by underwriters.

Our certified home inspection services don’t stop there with new construction projects employing contractors and sub-contracted labor that could be involved in all aspects of the construction. We believe one should trust but verify the workmanship that goes into a new build including:  phase inspections performed during construction, a final stage construction inspection while work is being completed and even an 11th month warranty inspection offered by most builders.

We even inspect a pre-occupied home for ventilation leakage that can occur through doors, windows or any unseen gaps or cracks that might have been missed during construction. These blower door and air and duct leakage tests will determine if the new home construction meets Energy Code Standards set forth by county building codes.

At Gray Inspections we have invested in the certification and training of our Certified Professional Inspectors (CPI) so we may offer you a complete array of inspection services. No longer do you have to rely on multiple companies to conduct inspections that we offer under one roof.
